Am I a Healer?
Part of my training in Shamanic practices included study in Native practices of the Qero and other Native indigenous ancient practices. The Qero of Peru consider themselves mystics and have a rich history and tradition, largely untouched by the western world. During the invasion of South America, the Qero moved to high mountains and kept their civilization hidden for over 500 years, only to emerge recently. Their connection to the star brothers and sisters and it is through their personal communication with them that they were directed to share their knowledge with the "round eyed ones".
I have integrated many of these practices into my current practice, although it is ever evolving with less and less emphasis on ritual and more on deeper dives into the original wound of my clients. I often combined Reiki and essential oils into my sessions, to further accelerate the healing process. Whether the client experiences healing however, is not up to me as I am only the facilitator. True healing requires work and is not just a one and done process in many cases. It takes a deep commitment on the client's part to finally surrender and move past their wounds to experience deep healing. The healer merely starts the process, the client than must go forward and do the work. Anyone who tells you differently is being disingenuous.
